Default Fit for Life

I believe there are three factors to longevity- food, exercise, and genetics. Two out of three you can control, so you might as well do all you can to improve them. Perhaps the most complicated thing to do monitor is your food. It is about knowing what kind of foods should you eat or how often. It is important to not stay with the same routine, as variety will ensure your body gets all the different nutrients it needs. I like to add “nutrition boosters” to my meals and snacks, which are basically foods that I know will help to improve my overall health. For example, I discovered that hemp is a food that delivers a high content of Omega 3, a high amount of fibre, and provides chlorophyll which purifies the blood, cleaning it of toxins. I usually add Mum’s Original Hempseed (it by far has the best taste and is grown organically) to my yogurt and add it on my pizza. Adding nutrient dense foods to the foods you love and eat everyday are a way to for you to live a healthy for life.
