Unhappy Lumbar pain DDD Bulging disc
Hey! I am new to this forum and I am looking to "fix" my back pain. I have been diagnosed with DDD, a bulging disc, and osteoarthritis of the spine. I have tried physio, and my doc has prescribed T3's, amitriptyline. I have constant back pain, and muscle spasms. I have had x-rays, ct scan and bone scan. Does anyone have any advise???
