Default Asthma

I need help in curing asthma and need to know that with help of yoga retreats and meditation retreats is it possible to cure asthma up to some extent.

Default It's been a while....

....since my last post, but I'm now 36 and I'm still dealing with asthma. Having said that, I've made some dietary changes which seemed to have helped my overall health : I've gone raw.

I'm not preaching about the raw diet, but in my opinion it has helped me a great deal. My asthma seems under control but I still do take my Advair 500 daily and I still see my doc every few months for the breathing tests. I'm doing much better.

I would like to leave you all with one reference; a source of awesome information...Underground Wellness (just type that in YouTube). Sean Cruxton is THE MAN!!!!!

Good info. all around, and he's a decent guy.
