Ryan, regarding your chest pains.
I was wondering if you are getting enough exercise sitting at a computer all day can cause all kinds of problems. How often do you get up and move around or stretch?
I have heard of getting tennis elbow and carpal tunnel from computer use and your chair should be comfortable and you should sit properly. If you go online you may be able to get advice on what you may be doing wrong. Does your company have information on proper posture proper height etc. at the computer.
