Night Sweats

I am not sure if this is from premenopause but these night sweats I get are awful. I seem to get them every night about two weeks before my period is going to come. Does anyone have them and how do you get them to stop

Please don't just assume it is an early sign of menopause. It is important to get it checked out as it could be a symptom of various things and it may need prompt attention. Sorry I don't want to scare you, it sounds as if you are probably right about the cause but please get it checked.

NIght sweats are a definite sign of peri menopause and menopause. There are
natural ways to go before trying hormone replacement; I woke up twice every night and my pj's were soaked (if I didn't wear PJ's I had to change the sheets)
