Unhappy Tummy Tuck Question (and some background)

Hello

I am soon to be 25 yrs old and I have soon to be 3 yr old, natural, boy/girl twins.

Prior to pregnancy I weighed 122lbs and am 5"5.

I was 21 when my husband I discovered we were pregnant, and I was 6 months along when we discovered we were having twins. I have no history of fraternal twins in my family, nor do I hold any additional factors for conceiving twins.

I carried until I was induced and delivered naturally at 37.5 weeks (5 days before my scheduled induction as I was "full term")

My stomach was stretched out pretty bad, as I carried completely upfront. I had so much trouble walking due to the weight and size of my stomach I was in a wheelchair for the last 2 weeks of my pregnancy.

3 yrs after the fact, I am 145lbs with the most disgusting flappy skin that hangs(which Im sure weighs 10lbs at least). I can't find any pants that fit me properly. If they fit in the waist (over my saggy, gross stomach) they are 3 sizes too big everywhere else and look ridiculous.
I have to wear 'baby doll' or 'empire waist' shirts/tops/tanks to hide it, and I appear heavier than I am because of it. Its horrible, I'm going to be only 25yrs old in a week and I have a stomach like an 80yr old.

My question is, obviously at 25 with two 3 yr olds, $10,000+ isn't just laying around my house, and I know it is considered "cosmetic surgery" but does anyone know if MSP covers it or at least a portion of the procedure?

Any info would be much appreciated. I do have an appt with my family doc in 3 weeks, but I'm hoping someone can enlighten me a bit.

I'm in BC

Thanks
