Default I could use some diet advice

Im looking to lose some weight.
Im 17, 5'10ft, 220lps and I only consume around 700-800 calories a day, but I dont get very much(if any...) excersise besides walking alot.
I was wondering what would be the best way to lose some weight, like 20-40lps or so.
Im not looking to bulk up or tone out or anything, I just want to lose some weight, so I was wondering what the best course of action here is.
Running maybe?
Pushups?
You're the experts

start walking a bit. eat more food. you arent consuming enough calories and therefore your body is saving its fat deposits beause it thinks its starving. eat healthy food and more of it and walk a little bit and youll start to see results. start slow.

Well said Kelly G.
Not enough calories in a day, at 220lbs, you need at least 2200 just to beat your heart and breathe. Try at least 1800 calories in a day, divide it by 6 meals a day which would give you 300 calories per meal.
2/3 cups of shelled unsalted pistachios has 330 calories, great fiber, and a whole bunch of vitamins and minerals. So 1800 Calories is not hard to achieve healthily.
The walking is great, keep that up, also try some Zumba (google it) or even a martial art so that you work the entire body
Let's face it, when you're doing something that you enjoy it doesn't feel like work.
