Kidney/Stomach pain, few questions

I appologize if this is the wrong place to put this, but I'm not getting help from my doctors so I need to ask some where. Ive had a kidney infection for the past three weeks pretty much. At first the doctor put me on medicine to clear it up, all that happened was I got a swollen face. Second doctor put me on anti-biotics, and the pain has gotten worse to the point that walking hurts, it leaves me having issues breathing as well. My urine is cloudy and dark the past two days to.

I recently just went to my doctors again because of the pain(and the anti-biotics are nearly done) and he just..brushed me off. He didn't do any more tests to see if the infection was worse, merely wrote me a prescription and said "if you think you're in pain get this."I was..flabbergasted to say the least. Ive been in way to much pain and im getting worried.

My sister, around my age got an infection like this, and for the past two years hasn't been able to get rid of it. He said it wasn't genetic then again he was being a jerk. Is there anything else i can do? Ive been drinking lots of cranberry and taking vitiams and some pain killers to ease some of the hurt.
