Exclamation Always tired, Sleep 7-8 hours/night

hey
Im a 22 year old male, in pretty good health, eat well and exercise alot ( Im a farmer) But I think I have a sleep problem. For as long as i can remember i have had a problem with always being tired, I go to bed at 9 pm every night, if not earlier sometimes (the odd time if i get ambitious enough ill go out and stay up till 1 or 2, but maybe twice a month) and wake up at 5 almost every morning to milk the cows. So i get plenty of sleep 7-8 hours a night easy. Been to the doctor a few times, thought i had depression (being tired and irritable and depressed) started taking ssri's, helped with mood but still tired. got my thyroid tested, it was fine, mineral imbalance, normal, so the doctor ran out of answers and i ran out of ambition to go see him all the time. I also have a hard time concentrating and am irritable alot. My girlfriend tells me i snore quite loud some nights, I often speak quite clearly and loudly, sometimes i wake up in a panic thinking something crazy like the cows are loose or something. Anyone got any ideas? im pretty sure something is up, cause i look at my neighbor, gets up at 4 everymorning for chores, might have a couple hour nap, and then can stay up late most nights and lead a normal social life, where as i never go out cause im exhausted by 8 pm every night. Sorry about the Novel ive written, any help would be appreciated.

Hi Seep,
sounds to me like sleep apnea especially when your girlfriend says that you snore loudly. That means you're totally not getting enough oxygen hence the exhaustion.
Try not sleeping on your back which I'm sure you've tried by now.
