Default Tips for diabetic people

Eat a few peanuts just before your meal. It helps because the peanuts take longer to digest and the rest of your food can't go rushing in like a whirl wind.

Fruit is a must have snacks to reduce hunger. Diabetic is utterly depended to fruit because vitamin and minerals in fruit could fix cellular damage due to high sugar level. Juice is prohibited because fiber is important. A whole fruit will expand in three hour in the stomach.

Default Hello,

Sometimes, it may seem easier to pop a pill or even take a shot than to put on your walking shoes and hit the trail. But the truth is that exercise, in combination with a healthy diet, is one of the best things you can do to take care of yourself if you have diabetes.

Sorry but this is not adequate advice. Diabetes I is hereditary. The pancreas cannot produce insulin and no amount of walking will change that fact.

Diabetes II is when the cells of the body become insulin resistant. The insulin is there but it cannot be used.

Walking is an excellent thing to do with or without diabetes but the conditions are much more complicated than you think.

A person with diabetes must be cautious even with the ingestion of fruit for it shoots the blood sugar up instantly. Very good for us but must be monitored closely.

Peanuts are difficult to digest and have high fungus in them as they grow underground and have shell.

Best to have a glass of water about 20 minutes before eating as this give a feeling of fullness and does impede digestion of meal.
