Default Online Tracking Program for Biploar

In case anyone is interested in plotting their symptoms to see the cues that it gives, there is a program online called http://www.moodtracker.com

There is also a provision there to make a small journal entry for each day as well, and a place to track what meds you are on at different times.

They also have a forum there too, but I like the program itself and most of all the majority of the program is FREE !!!

I always wonder how helpful these applications are to an average user.Be it self diagnosis applications (aka www.webmd.com) helping self diagnosis replacing online doctor or mood-tracker apps that has been spammed in Facebook
