Default segmenatal instability

my daughter is 18 and for over a year has consistently endured varying amounts of pain. It started in a knee, went to her back, stomach, chest and head. She has a lot of tests (xray, ultrasound, mri, catscan, bone scan, bloodwork etc) nothing shows up. She has had several diagnosisis including apendicitis(tests were negative), mental disorder (physciatrists says pain is real). The latest diagnosis is for segmental instability. There seems to an option for a technique called prolotherapy. has anyone had to deal with this at all. thank you.
