Has anyone used fish oil for anxiety?
Ive read about omega 3s and the difference a diet including them as opposed to not. I read the brain functions better in all areas. That the connections the brain makes during thought process and the little or micro sized tissue are repaired and renewed by the brain cells using the material omega 3. I heard fish has a high concentration of omega 3s. Has anyone bought fish oil and noticed and positive changes in mood, memory, or overal sense of well being they didnt have before the fish oil? Also, where can you buy it and is it expensive?
