lines of skin growths?
 

Greetings, I was hoping someone might have some dermatological advice for me. I have two real concerns. My primary concern is a type of skin growth that may be moles although I always took it for something else and have not been able to identify. They started out on the topside of my right forearm and have slowly come in on my upper right arm and right shoulder. They appear in small flat light brown bumps that connect or almost connect with others to form straight or slightly curved lines, something several dermatologists have told me does not happen.... The first ones appeared about 5 years ago, which i ignored, thinking they would eventually fall off, but they have multiplied recently, and I am earnestly hoping to identify them. I have attached several pics I hope will help.

I have had moles all my life, some large, and have ignored them for the most part, getting two tested once. In recent years I have developed more, some hairy, none large, many small black ones. I know the warning signs for suspicious moles and the standard options for removal, but really I would like to understand their causality, what they indicate about other deficiencies of my nutrition or lifestyle, any natural salves people could recommend for mole removal, and any authoritative sources for alternative dermatology.

I sauna and exercise regularly and sweat easily. Any info and thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
