Hi I am a female and 20. I dont tan and its never really sunny nor am I out in it much. I just noticed it. Its near my elbow and flat to the skin. Even when I touch it I cant feel any sort or bumb. Its a very light brown/pinkish color. Do anyone have any advice? It it persists and gets worse I will go to the doctor. If you need anymore information just ask.
