Know Your Numbers
When you have tests for prostate problems, it's very important to know what the numbers you'll be hearing mean. First of all, be aware of your PSA and know what the numbers mean. If it turns out that you have the cancer, research what your Gleason score indicates and also what treatments are available. The more you know when going to see your doctor, the less scary it will be. (This applies to any other kind of cancer, too)
